Resolver overwrites current editor setting

Summary

When multiple RTEs are installed and one other than TinyMCE is currently specified, the install/update process unexpectedly overwrites the current setting. (This might be considered more of an inconvenience than a bug.)

Step to reproduce

1. Install an RTE other than TinyMCE RTE (like Redactor or another flavor of TinyMCE) and spec it in the which_editor setting.
2. Install TinyMCE RTE.

Observed behavior

The install process changes the which_editor setting.

Expected behavior

IMO, especially when working in dev environments, the installer shouldn't make blanket decisions about updating the which_editor setting. It makes sense to me to automatically set when there is either no editor specified or, in the case of updates, when the editor is specified and is the same as the one being updated.

Personally I feel the case of using multiple RTEs is more niche than the people that are just installing one.

Yes, in production I agree it'd be quite unusual to have multiple RTEs installed, but as someone doing a lot of dev and testing it'd be nice if the change of this setting was left to the user. IMO it's better in principal too, though the requested change wouldn't be of much consequence to most users.
