Learning / Configuration does not persist

Greetings, thanks for offering this project.
I have the problem that configuration i apply does not persist after closing / reponening the program. Also when eg i apply a change in character configuration, i have to reselect model in consciousness module.
I understand this is little information, but as i'm still learning on this i dont really have more.
So my question is more advice on whare and what to look for...
