Text Only MMS mode

Request:
Show only the text for MMS messages.

Use case:
Stripping unwanted pictures, audio, or other media from messages. i.e. sexual pictures.

Additional info:
This is an anti-harassment feature request. In this day and age people can rent a nearly infinite amount of phone numbers to make a targeted harassment campaigns. This would easily be defeated if I could turn off the multi-media portion of the mms messages. Since forcing an apposing phone to only use SMS isn't an option the second best thing would be to only read the text information from the MIME request.

Nice to have:
choosing to target unknown numbers, specific numbers, or all messages.
setting a specific amount of time to run in this mode (campaign season).
