GUI Editor disappeared from 1.9.9 to 1.9.10

Dear developers,

when I tried the latest version 1.9.11, I didn't get the usual "Edit (Text)Edit (GUI)", and instead only "Edit" (which is text mode).
I downloaded the older versions, 1.9.10 had the same problem, but 1.9.9 and 1.9.8 worked fine.

In case this helps:
I ran the wikiserver.py script on a CentOS 7 machine, and tried from a Linux Firefox (78.13.0esr), as well as a Windows browser.

The GUI editor is deprecated since long because the code it uses is rather old and outdated and could have security issues.

If this is not an issue (e.g. private / intranet use), you can enable it in your wiki config, see the changelog (search for "editor").
