re: governance on the Matrix/Occupeye databases

Sue Risteski (Risteski, Sue | She/Hers Sue.Risteski2@Justice.gov.uk) will become the senior business owner for the source systems/data from the 1st of May.

Once the matrix scraper is in prod, could we please setup standard database access management (https://github.com/moj-analytical-services/data-engineering-database-access) for the two databases, with Sue as the required approver (and a note that this will have to be done via email, as with Mark Thomas and SOP, since Sue isn’t on GitHub)?

Created #44 in error after a reminder from Laurence.

Agreed that

1. all matrix environments would require approval as they hold live data.
2. Will look into adding Occupeye to database access

Created a branch in database access repo that will add Sue as approver for matrix.
