Move info on `render_rmarkdown_files.R` higher up

In How to update the course contents, I would suggest moving the bullet point on running render_rmarkdown_files.R higher up so that contributors don't start knitting the .Rmd files before they get to that item.

Also fix the typo/broken link: rmakdown -> rmarkdown
