Error 500 after hitting the "save run and view details" button

Describe the bug
After submitting run and clicking the "save run and view details" button the page redirects in to error 500 message.
However the run is getting saved with overall drop value that is correct but in the details of the run the loot isn't complete.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'new run' and submit one
2. Click on 'save run and view details'
4. See error

Expected behavior
Redirect to the run details information.

it happens randomly sometimes, there are like 10 normal runs for example and then the error comes by
