I've encountered a few issues lately while using OpenEnzymeDB:

1. The enzyme and substrate are the same, but the EC numbers and kcat values ​​are different;

2. Even stranger, the enzyme and substrate are the same, but the EC numbers are different, while the kcat values ​​remain the same.

I'm just curious if this situation is reasonable?
