Upgrade underlying protobuf library for Python

Any modern installation of grpcio in python will break momento-wire-types installation due to incompatibilities between the versions of protobuf required.

This makes installing momento in an AI project for python challenging.

Glad to look in to this for you. For my benefit, can you provide a minimal example to reproduce your issue:

• what version of Python are you using?
• what version of the Python SDK?
• is there a particular AI library (and version) where this incompatibility occurs?
