Refused to connect

Hello, i followed the tutorial and im getting an issue while trying to access API.
In tensordock i binded 20016 to 8000
And in docker it shows its running at 0.0.0.0:20016->8000/tcp, :::20016->8000/tcp
But when i try to access the api from my browser (http://XX-a.tensordockmarketplace.com:20016/docs) it says "refused to connect."
Already disabled firewall but i cant connect still

I don't think docs are installed or installing.

What happens when you hit root? If you are seeing:

}

You should be good.
