Removing player from roster should also remove them as captain

As an admin, I want to be able to remove a captain or co-captain from a roster.

Currently: You can remove a player, but that doesn't remove the captain.

Desired: Clicking the X (remove) icon in a player row also removes them as captain/co-captain.
