This adds new mode to running e2e tests that would auto-sign in to Atlas Cloud account which allows to run tests against compass-web sandbox with cloud backend and test mms-only features. There is also a test for the rolling indexes added that creates, waits for it to be fully created, and deletes the rolling index
Because spawning clusters in ci is slow, pricey, and flaky (according to intel team), the new task added in evergreen config only picks up tests from the atlas-cloud folder to limit the amount of tests we run against this mode (all the shared flows are tested with normal "test web" right now, so we already cover those)
