fix(devtools-proxy-support): refer to correct features in error messages

Now that SSH forwarding can happen independently from Socks5 proxying,
we should adjust the error messages so that they don't accidentally
include 'red herring's, like mentioning SSH if the user isn't actually
using SSH forwarding.
