Bug Description

The docker run method of launching the container does not support enabling Streamable HTTP for invoking the MCP service using the --transport http --httpHost=0.0.0.0 parameters.

@jasonnan1 https://github.com/mongodb-js/mongodb-mcp-server/releases/tag/v0.2.0 was just deployed, make sure to test it again with the newest image.

@fmenezes Hi, just to confirm — Docker now supports the --transport http option, right? That means it can communicate with the MCP server using Streamable HTTP? I'll give it a try soon. Thanks!
