Add shortcode generator to WYSIWYG

While the shortcode generator is pretty much essential for the plugin, being placed on the dashboard creates a disjointed user experience. Adding a button to the WYSIWYG editor to open a popup shortcode generator will improve user experience for those attempting to add the plugin to post content
