Mqtt debug write hook in json #6

Hi,
Is there any way to make debug via mqtt be formatted in json? (s_debug_write_hook)
If you want to use AWS with ElasticSearch and kibana, it is necessary that the body of the mqtt message be json format. Can I do a PR to add this functionality?
