Add support for mac os builds

Since NMS is now out on mac os, it would be good to build this for mac.
This should just require some config changes and a change to the pipelines file

I'm pretty new to this, had tried using it in Parallel Desktop w/ ARM Windows and it doesn't work. Thou it works fine on my ancient Intel Mac via Bootcamp

It's not really a priority for me, but I'm more than happy for someone else to work on this and make a PR for it. I don't have access to a mac so I can't test it, so really it would need someone with access and the know-how to do it.

I managed to build it on a Mac, but I can’t use it to convert .mbin files. I’m still investigating whether the issue is with the build itself or because I’m using the latest version of the game files.

It would be great if anyone could share an .mbin file that works without error on the current build.

I’m building based on commit 8cb27a9, targeting the osx-arm64 platform using .NET 8.0.
