Updating quote reviews instead of submitting them

I think that having quote reviews that update instead of needing the submit it would reduce the change of users accidentally not submitting their reviews. For example, when you like or dislike a video, you don't need to submit the like or dislike for it to be counted; you can always change it without needing to submit anything.

To like a video, use thumbs up under the video player. To dislike a video, use thumbs down . To undo your choice, simply select the icon again.

Or instead of having a 5 star rating, a simpler idea would be having an upvote system like on Reddit and the Stack Exchange sites(Stack Overflow and friends).
