Displaying the alternate command line shortcut in keytips instead of globally

I wasn't exactly thinking adding the alternate shortcut to the ui in terms of asthetics. In my opinion, it might just be better suited as a key tip:
tip: You can use the command line in fullscreen using it's alternate shortcut ctrl/cmd + shift + p
