Lazy mod default option & notification

Hi, I want to add default options to lazy mode for every language and I think we should add it to the language json file something like
"lazyModeOption": true or false

also for the user experience I think it is hard for the new users to figure out that there is something called lazy mode and it will remove diarcitis and other things which I think the best solution for this problem is a popup notifaction show when the user choose a language support lazy mode Arabic for example

I really want to do it myself, but the problem is I can't :(
