Volume slider (also custom sounds)?

If there was a volume slider for people who use sound effects (ideally, when sound is enabled, in the top right as a percent from like 0%, 25%, ..., 100%, similar to the word count setting)

Also, the ability to add a custom URL for a sound would be cool
