Adding Categories for quotes and select category to practice on

Currently, monkeytype has only a few categories that are based on the length of the text which can be changed to practice. I think the addition of categories to the content of the text would be beneficial so that if someone wants to practice on a specific topic he/she would be able to customize the category for the content of the text.
