Leaderboard: Ranking Tests With the Same WPM and Accuracy By Consistency Rather Than How Recent They Are

I noticed that the leaderboard logic that handles ranks sorts tests with the same wpm and accuracy sorts ranks by recency rather than consistency. I would consider greater consistency a more significant factor than the time a test was taken for when determining your rank in the leaderboard(higher consistency is better). I think sorting by recency would only be necessary if two or more given users had the same WPM, accuracy, and consistency. What is your opinion on this @Miodec?
