Add suboption to quote to remove all punctuation from a quote.

Monkeytype feels great in part because, by default, the typing is all lowercase without any punctuation and thus everyone's wpm is ~20 higher than it would be with punctuation. However, the default is also a nonsensical arrangement of words that can feel hard to parse when you're really typing quickly. The solution would obviously be to use quotes but, in the five available suboptions for the quote setting, all of them force punctuation into the typing prompts.

I suggest adding a new suboption, or a toggle for existing suboptions, which would force all letters to lowercase and remove any non-alphabetical characters.
