Section dividers in CLI suggestions

Divide CLI hints into sub-sections with subtitles.

Design:
Should be a line of text stating the subtitle above each new group in the CLI suggestions. Text should be slightly smaller than entry text and the start of the subtitle should be a few pixels left of the start of normal entry text.
A possible quick way to navigate sections would be that when the user holds down ctrl the CLI hides non-subtitles and allows the user to start typing or click to jump to a subtitle.

This could be used for:

• CLI root - Sections divided similar to how the settings page is divided with subtitles for account, behavior, input, sound, etc...
• Themes - Section for favorite themes and section for other themes
