I figured it out. Go to Settings > Danger Zone > Authentication, then click "add password" to set a username & password, then click on "remove google authentication". This is what it looks like afterwards: |

I created the account with Google and need to switch to another email. I did some looking up and went through the settings but didn't find anything.
