Where is the background image loaded? #6523

Quite self-explanatory, i'm fixing a bug I found, and can't find the code that loads the background image. I thought it would be in html, but if it is I couldn't find it in the 4 hours I've been searching. |

Huh, wouldn't have imagined it in ts, but I guess it works + makes this but easier to solve. |
