Add support for mapping to lesser-spread layouts (e.g., "qwerty" to "dvorak")

Feature Request:

It would be highly beneficial if Monkeytype could natively support mapping from commonly used keyboard layouts (such as QWERTY, QWERTZ, or AZERTY) to less widespread layouts like Dvorak, Colemak, Workman, Kauffman, etc. This would allow users to practice and learn alternative layouts without having to change their operating system settings or install third-party remapping software.

• Dvorak keyboard training

Why this is useful:

• Enables users to train on devices that do not natively support those layout (e.g. iPads)
• Enables users to train on new layouts while still using their default keyboard setup.
• Lowers the barrier to entry for trying and learning alternative layouts.
• Helps users transition gradually to more efficient or ergonomic layouts.

Proposed Solution:

• Add an option to map input from one layout to another within Monkeytype's settings.
• Allow users to select both their input (physical) layout and their target (practice) layout.

Additional Notes:

• This feature could be especially helpful for people who share computers or use public machines.
• Similar functionality is available in some typing trainers, and would be a strong enhancement for Monkeytype's versatility.
