Caps lock on detection

Hey Devs,

Currently, the “CAPS LOCK” warning only appears after the user starts typing — which works well.
However, if a user has Caps Lock ON and then refreshes the page, the warning disappears and won’t reappear until they type again.

💡 Suggestion:

Show the “CAPS LOCK” warning right after refresh if Caps Lock is still on.

✅ Why:

1. Prevents accidental all-caps typing
2. Keeps the experience consistent and clear
