Setting to swap positions of next test and repeat test

I want to be able to restart tests quicker than inputting tab tab enter.
This would solve discussion questions #5870 and #6254 without adding a new keyboard shortcut e.g. r which could be problematic.

A user could just press esc, go to some setting like swap next and repeat test buttons on test completion screen (there might be a shorter good name for this), and toggle it on/off.

Oh, I realize that I also want restarts to take priority – if I'm doing a fresh test, and on the test screen, I press tab enter, a new test is created - if this setting I speak of is on, I actually want the same words (perhaps unless I haven't typed anything) – this allows me to complete some of a test and retry it midway even if I haven't completed it before.

This could be solvable with the same sort of generic setting, something like prioritize test repeat over next test.

Esc > repeat test or tab + tab + enter. I think adding a setting to swap next test and repeat test is way too specific and so far youre the only person suggesting it. Sorry

This is intended to be a solution to the "repeat a test quickly" problem (which others have suggested) that doesn't have the problems of the other proposed solutions – my request is very specific but this is because it's a specific solution to the more general problem.

With tab + tab + enter it's easier to mistakenly just do tab + enter and start a new test and lose the test you've been repeating; tab + enter of course is also quicker. Esc + "rep" (highlights "repeat test") + enter is also obviously slower.
