feat: spotify integration

listening to music is nice on long (10+ min) tests.

you'd link spotify acc, then toggle it as a setting (where you could customize position) to display some info- song, artist, cover art, etc.

would be cool imo.

side note, not asking for people to work on this. i'll probably do some work on this myself soon enough and eventually make a pr for it. just looking for feedback :)

What if you have Youtube music or Apple music instead? Not everyone has spotify 😉
