suggestions are not showing up at all

I had used windsurf.nvim before, so I thought it would not be a problem in my environment, but the suggestions are not showing up at all.
I do not have WSL installed in my environment, but the API Key also appears to be set correctly in config.json.
Also, health checks are normal and neocodeium chat works fine.

Hello.

Logs are fine - it is properly started and connected to codeium language server.

I have checked on my PC with Windows 11 and neovim 0.11.2. And it works for me.

Check the output of :checkhealth neocodeium, but I guess it would be fine.
Do you have number column visible? Do you see number of suggestions label over this column?

I used the bin path option without changing the source file and it stopped working.

I think it is due to the fact that changing the bin path does not update the ide_version and extension_version in the Server.metadata.

Seems like this error occurs even if you specify correct version for some old binaries.
Which binary version do you use?

Codeium binary changed some requests through versions. Try 1.20.9 - the same as windsurf.nvim is using.
And seems this version in metadata doesn't fix anything. But I will add version detection of the custom binary.

Works for me for 1.10.12
But it's chat is outdated.

However, unfortunately the Codeium binary 1.20.9 did not work.

May I ask? Why you trying neocodeium over windsurf.nvim?

Of course.
I am trying neocodeium over windsurf.nvim because I find the following problems with windsurf.nvim

• Flickering when expanding suggestions.
• Sometimes extra eol code is added when inserting suggestions.

@cagechi If you are still using neocodeium, try the last release with default binary.
I have fixed a bug which prevented to show suggestions when file from other project/workspace was opened. Maybe it was somehow a reason for you too.
