Bug: Monokai Pro is forcing Monkai icon Theme

Hello I am using Monokai Pro with Material icon theme.

Since version 2.0.10 Monokai Pro is forcing icon them to use the extension one overriding my setting.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install blank vscode version
2. Install Monokai Pro
3. Import your license
4. Install file icon
5. Use the following vscode configuration

   {
      "workbench.colorTheme": "Monokai Pro (Filter Octagon)",
      "workbench.iconTheme": "material-icon-theme"
   }

6. Reload vscode
7. theme are role back to Monokai Pro (Filter Octagon) Icons

Current behaviors

Each time vscode is restarted workbench.iconTheme is roll back to Monokai Pro (Filter Octagon) Icons.

Expected behaviors

That previous theme is conserve between reload and restart.

This is probably a bug inside: [new] update icon set when "auto detect system color mode" is active
