Failed to connect to MikroTik router at server ip

When testing the connection, it is always successful with any port!
But when we confirm the order, it displays this message:
"Failed to connect to MikroTik router at server ip"

note: I set the API port to 12000. I also set the SSL port to 12001. My MikroTik version is 7.17.
