OCPP 2.0.1 emulation support

Hi there! Thank you guys for this piece of software.

Just a quick question - what is the state of the 2.0.1 charger emulation?

I've tried to build with the command in README ./gradlew run v201:run and I am getting a blank canvas:

OCPP 1.6 emulator is being built and rendered successfully:

I would have taken a pre-built binary from your release packages. But looks like you are bundling v1.6 in there.

@PavelMikhalkevich Hey Pavel! thanks for the interest unfortunately we haven’t had the bandwidth to start building the 2.0.1 version of the emulator yet, so what you’re seeing right now is basically just a placeholder. Not sure when we’ll get around to it, but I’ll make sure to update this thread if that changes.

That said, we’re absolutely open to anyone jumping in and taking a stab at it happy to review a PR if someone gives it a go!
