How to integrate this with Moodle Plugin CI?

I'd like to integrate this docker environment for Moodle development with [Moodle Plugin CI](https://moodlehq.github.io/moodle-plugin-ci/)  for running of tests and code analysis in the local environment.
Is this already build-in, or do you have any suggestions on how I can do this?
