Fails to Preview PDF/HTML Files Correctly

I installed this plugin following the steps. However, when I use it to open files in many formats, such as PDF and HTML, it always shows the message "File not found. It may have been moved, edited, or deleted." After uninstalling the plugin, everything returns to normal. I'm not sure if this is a bug.

Sound similar to this mooflu/WebViewPlus#1 (comment) - I.e. can't find the web app - not sure why.

The one thing for sure is that this is about Windows permission problem. I am using Windows Store version of QuickLook with WebViewPlus plugin, when I run QuickLook as administrator and open file with format supported by WebViewPlus, it works perfectly while use user permissions and I get ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND just like this issue described. @mooflu
