[Feature request]: Add stylus tilt and orientation angle support #1540

Many drawing applications on the host side, such as Photoshop and Krita, rely on stylus tilt and orientation angles to achieve realistic shading, directional strokes, and high-quality artistic effects. Currently, the Android client does not recognize or provide these angle values, which results in reduced drawing accuracy and prevents users from fully utilizing stylus features that their devices support.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the client to support reading and forwarding stylus tilt and orientation angles so that drawing applications on the host can correctly use these features. This would significantly improve the drawing experience and enable more natural, expressive brush behavior in art workflows.
Describe alternatives you've considered
There are no alternative solutions currently available that support stylus tilt and rotation.
