[Issue]: right stick don’t work in some games #1557

Describe the bug
When I play the PC game Suit for Hire remotely via Moonlight, I find that neither the right stick on my gamepad nor the virtual right stick can control the camera/view angle in the game. The game does show a cursor controlled by the right stick, but the character’s view/rotation does not change along with the cursor.
The game works fine when played directly on the PC, and it also works normally when using the Gamess emulator. I have the same issue on both the Ayn Odin 3 handheld and an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’m not sure what’s causing this problem.
