1.83" 240x280 ST7789 Board Remains Black and unresponsive

Hello! I'm struggling pretty hard to get some draw Display boards from Aliexpress working: https://a.aliexpress.com/_m0bg4ak

They claim to be ST7789 but the display doesn't respond at all when I upload example code.Would love any help!
