MiSpinnerPresenter uses a reference to a Morph

The MiSpinnerPresenter uses a reference to several Morph instead of presenter.
When using adapter of Spec for Morphic or Toplo, this reference break the usage forcing people to use the old Morphic instead of using Toplo instead.

I think we need to use a simple TextPresenter and so it could be fix easily
