Create a Developer version of the Inspector in Moose ?

Currently the inspector is both a Moose tool for end-user (eg. with the "Navigation" pane) and a debugger tool for developers (I constantly use the "Raw" pane)

This is a problem for developers, for example when the "Raw" pane is at the end of a long list of panes

May be we should have a developers version of Moose where this does not happen ?
