Disable metadata creation by default, disable audio by default

Frankly this music function is extremely annoying. I leave my library open all the time and there is no ability to disable the music button either due to glitches or bugs with the app.

I'm not sure who asked you for this function but the fact that it is not opt-in is quite dumb. I only use NSL to manage my Battle.net games and instead it started loading metadata for my non-Steam games installed through other applications. So now it's playing my my Pillars of Eternity game music with no ability to turn off.

Those games/cards do not have the music off button.

I've uninstalled NSL, having been a NSL user since the beginning this is extremely disappointing.

@kdliu86 lol, just turn off the scanner open NSL and hit the magnifying glass... and turn off the service file... restart steam. Will fix all the bugs soon but have been busy. Also you can switch to other shortcuts or create a collection to turn off the music player. Will fix the bugs soon.
