ascoltatori dependency breaks due to fs-ext on Windows

```ascoltatori``` depends on ```"qlobber-fsq" : "^6.1.0"`` which doesn't catch the update in dependency of fs-ext to ```1.0.0``` which solves this [issue](https://github.com/baudehlo/node-fs-ext/issues/57#issuecomment-330562724)

Dependency should be bumped to at least ```"qlobber-fsq" : "^10.0.0"``` to be compatible again with Windows.
