Improved ipvlan and macvlan network support [feature]

Problem

• ipvlan in layer 3 mode (and other vlan modes) display as part of the host network
• Assigned IP addresses are not visible in the UI

Expected Behavior

• vlan network types are filtered under the docker section of the UI (or just not in the host section)
• containers with different vlan types show their assigned IP addresses.
