Usage of own LLM?

I am wondering if it is possible to utilize mostlyai-mock with LLM's besides the ones shown in the Readme (OPENAI, GEMINI and GROQ). My organization has got its own LLM which works similarly to OPENAI's LLM. If so, which steps would you suggest for implementing it?
