Change mo:level to the more standard VANN term group

Hello,

I am looking at supporting rendering the Music Ontology specification using phpspecgen:

One of the requirements is support for the Music Ontology's concept of levels - which is currently unique to the Music Ontology.

VANN gives a very similar concept of a Term Group:
http://vocab.org/vann/termGroup

That seems perfectly reasonable - I can't find any documentation on what the object of that property is supposed to be though - can it be anything?
