Description
The GED here is calculated as follows, which is different from the original formula.
ged_metric = sum(gt_gt_dist) / len(gt_gt_dist) + sum(seg_seg_dist) / len(seg_seg_dist) + 2 * sum(seg_gt_list) / len(seg_gt_list)
