[Feature Request] Network Validation in Mirror Environments

Promote a Movement Follower Node to a Validator in the Mirror Environment:
Convert an existing movement follower node into a validator node within the mirror environment. Compare its transaction outputs with those of the leader node for the same transactions. We expect the only differences to be in the gas used. Continue monitoring behavior and output consistency for one week.

Set Up a Test Network on AWS Manually to Validate:
Deploy a Validator Full Node (VFN) connected to the Validator Node (VN), and a Full Node (FN) connected to the VFN. This will serve as a test network running on AWS, simulating realistic interactions and network behavior.

Debug and Validate Logs and Metrics:
Continuously monitor, debug, and validate all logs and metrics generated by the test network. Ensure that all observability tools are functioning correctly and providing accurate insights.

Validate the TPS and Latency Metrics
Make sure the TPS and Latency are reasonable
