Execute the L1 migration on a test network.

Execute all the steps to migrate to L1 from the mainnet db.

• Build the Test network with all nodes
• Run the migration
• Validate the migration

For all steps, I'll create a replay document that contains all the commands needed to execute the step.

For validation, basic Tx execution and balance verifications will be done.
